Carhartt was excited for the chance to bring their team home to their new headquarters after a long time of not seeing each other in person due to the pandemic. As they planned their global sales meeting they needed to figure out the best way to utilize their new space to deliver a successful sales meeting to around 200 attendees. The multi-day event included a leadership presentation, multiple breakout sessions and a few fun events sprinkled in between!
The main meeting room where the leadership presentation would take place was outfitted with a main stage and multiple monitors set up throughout the room. This ensured that all attendees had a great view of the presentation no matter where they were seated.
There was also an outdoor area set up right outside the meeting room with a tent, seating, games and more. Everything from the balloons to the games were custom branded for Carhartt. The meeting attendees had a great time mingling in this entertaining space which was designed and set up by our team.

In addition to managing the full technical production, Bluewater also helped with the Décor design & coordination, vendor sourcing, budgeting, sponsorship management, itinerary creation, and more!
