Our approach

We work with our clients to help them make the most of their retail footprint. We like to design solutions that are backed by research, which is why we’ve created a strong analytics offering,  and employ a consulting & design team to support it. We start each program with alignment conversations, where we take into consideration all of the requests for the program. From there we design out an approach to collect the intel needed. That might include field research, observation, interviews, or deploying technology to assist in the collection of data.

Once we have data we get to work making sense of it all. We look for insight in the data, trends, or anything else that might jump out. We provide the data in full to our customers, along with our observations and any immediate recommendations. Deeper consulting engagements make use of that data to create new concepts to deploy against objectives; increased foot traffic, longer dwell time, better product education, increased sales, operational savings, etc. These are formalized and presented in a report of findings, strategic consultation, and design consultation document.
