Kitting & Consolidation
Delivering products to retail sites is often a challenge. Many locations don’t want the products to arrive early, and they can’t arrive late. We bring products together, kitting them as necessary for shipment, and ensure they are delivered exactly when they’re needed.

For many retailers, there are hundreds, if not thousands of options available for store planning. To simplify this, we developed Order Blue. A single portal to purchase all approved store fixtures. Whether we make the product or not it can all be loaded into one secure web store, making requests, fulfillment, and management simple.

We work with our clients to build custom fixtures, display signage, and environments that help them make a positive impression with customers. We start each program with alignment conversations, where we take into consideration all of the requests for the program. From there, and where needed, we visually design concepts. From napkin sketches to fully rendered visuals, this helps all parties understand what’s possible and what to expect. Once designs are done, our engineering team builds plans, ensuring that our strict criteria for safety, proper functionality, and durability are met.
We don’t just design and engineer. We build and deploy thousands of units for customers every year. From endcaps and gondolas, to entire retail environments, we help our customers create an attractive space that resonates well with customers. We also work to source existing products as necessary. All of this is delivered as needed, in the time window required. For some programs we install everything needed to activate a space. For other programs we simply ship fixtures out with appropriate instructions for on-site setup.
