Our Help Desk opens at 7:00 am ET and is ready to serve you throughout the day. Bluewater’s skilled Help Desk Specialists can quickly create and facilitate a plan to get you back on your feet should the need arise. And, when you require on-site service, our expert Service Technicians will be there.

Bluewater offers three different Service Agreement options to give you the level of service you need, at the price point that fits the budget. Bluewater will also handle any warranty claims with the manufacturer and make the RMA return process pain free. Our goal is to provide hassle free support to keep your AV investment running smooth. Prevent system downtime before it happens.

Our Enhanced and Premium Managed Service programs include 2 and 4 preventative maintenance visits per year. During these visits our expert Service Technicians will check system operation, physically review cabling and connections, replace consumables (such as batteries, filters, and lamps) as needed, update firmware, and ensure everything within the system is exactly as it should be.

If anything out of the ordinary is found during the visit, or products have gone end of life, our Service Team will evaluate and offer recommendations to review. It’s these little things that can go a long way in ensuring continual system uptime.

Even the most intuitive systems require some level of training for operation. This is one of the most overlooked aspects of collaboration technology and integrated conference systems. All of our Managed Service options provide access to our help desk, which provides same day response for any questions on operation or other technical support. All options also issue quick start documentation that can be left in rooms to help users understand how to best operate the equipment. This can alleviate most issues that arise from understanding how the system works.

Our Enhanced and Premium Managed Service options provide additional coverage, by bringing on-premise training to your facilitates once or twice per year. This is the absolute best way to ensure that no time is wasted getting meetings off the ground.
