We are excited to welcome and introduce Jaime McAlear, the newest member of our Bluewater family. Jaime joins us as the Director of Excellence & Managed Services.
Jaime was born and raised in upstate New York, and she pursued a career out of college in the automotive industry working for Chrysler. This may seem like ‘the norm’ for Michigan career seekers; however, it was a big leap for a small town NY girl.
After working in various sales and marketing capacities at Chrysler and Chrysler Financial, Jaime found her most rewarding roles in operations — first managing software platforms, and then shifting into program and project management. Jaime created and operationalized a centralized project management office for TD Automotive Finance, layering in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and a customer driven approach to become more efficient, while keeping focused on the needs of the business and the voice of the customer. Most recently, Jaime has worked for Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting Group as a senior operations consultant advising several large healthcare clients on how to fuel their growth.
Jaime lives with her husband, Matt, and their two boys Wills and Max in Birmingham, MI. She especially enjoys spending time with her family up north (water-skiing is a family favorite), snow-skiing to get through the cold Michigan winters, and getting in some yoga and Orange Theory Fitness in the early hours of the day!
Jaime is going to make a phenomenal addition to our team and we are so glad she has decided to join us!
