Bluewater Technologies is pleased to welcome Will Putnam as Director of Operations for the company’s Integration Business Unit. The new leadership role supports Bluewater’s continued growth while strengthening operational excellence across its audiovisual integration business.
Based in Bluewater’s Indianapolis office, Putnam will oversee Engineering, Programming, Project Management, and Project Coordination. Working alongside the Integration leadership team, he will focus on developing employees, improving operational processes, enhancing systems, and delivering consistent project execution for clients across corporate, higher education, healthcare, sports, entertainment, and enterprise environments.
A Proven Leader in Audiovisual Integration
Putnam brings decades of experience in the audiovisual industry, having served in nearly every role throughout his career. His background includes positions as an Integration Technician, Field Engineer, Programmer, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and most recently, Director of Operations at American Sound & Electronics.
That broad experience gives him a unique understanding of both the technical and operational sides of delivering successful integration projects. Art Rautenberg, Vice President of Operations at Bluewater said,

His leadership further strengthens Bluewater’s Integration Business Unit and reinforces the company’s commitment to investing in its people, processes, and clients as it continues to grow across the Midwest and beyond.
