Forest County Potawatomi Museum
A Fresh Approach
A team led by Bluewater Studio, in partnership with the Forest County Potawatomi Community, has been developing this stunning new exhibit within a unique 12-sided, 2,700 sq. foot gallery, resulting in a highly engaging and educational visitor experience.
With installation almost complete, this exhibit features a magnificent range of physical elements, hands-on interactives, artifact cases, elegantly designed and printed wall graphics, a custom-designed epoxy floor, and multiple media experiences – including an immersive theatre space with a “Who We Are” film.
As the lead firm for this comprehensive design-build project, our work includes the planning, scheduling, project management, fabrication, and installation of the entire exhibition – including collaborating on plans for the demolition of the former exhibits and providing direction for the renovation of the gallery space.
