Romans has more than 15 years of professional experience in experiential, digital, broadcast, film, and visual effects. He has helped to inspire and manage creative endeavors for large-scale agency initiatives as well as develop brand stories for startups and boutique agencies.
Having lived in both Detroit and New Orleans, Romans has developed a rich appreciation for cultural narrative and a knack for translating complex ideas into expressive imagery and storytelling. He has created complex pipelines from the ground up, structured diverse creative teams, and designed eye-catching content.
Romans has worked for some well-known brands including Google, Ford, Chevy, Sony, Samsung, Walmart, HGTV, ESPN, Hershey’s, Tanqueray, Paramount Pictures, and many more.
