When Carhartt needed to bring its Fall Global Sales Meeting to both in-person and virtual attendees, the brand turned to Bluewater and our Parallel event platform to help create a seamless hybrid experience.

As a longtime Carhartt partner, Bluewater was excited to support a meeting designed to connect teams, communicate key product updates, and deliver important sales initiatives in a format that worked for every attendee, no matter where they were joining from.

Building a Meeting Without Boundaries

Carhartt’s Fall Global Sales Meeting needed to do more than simply stream content. The experience had to feel organized, branded, and easy to navigate for attendees joining in person and online.

With new product launches, sales updates, speaker presentations, and supporting materials to share, Carhartt needed a hybrid event platform that could serve as a central hub for the entire meeting experience.

A Branded Digital Destination

Bluewater used Parallel to create a custom hybrid platform tailored to Carhartt’s event needs and brand identity. The platform gave attendees a clear, intuitive way to move through the experience, access event information, and engage with meeting content.

Participants could navigate to dedicated areas for the event schedule, speaker bios, downloadable assets, and more. A virtual main stage served as the central destination for live and on-demand presentation content, helping ensure every attendee had access to the same important information.

Designed Around the Details

To make the experience feel fully customized, Bluewater also designed and built a dedicated speaker bio section featuring photos and brief biographies for each presenter.

This section, along with the full virtual experience, was branded specifically for Carhartt, creating a polished and cohesive event environment that aligned with the company’s identity and the purpose of the meeting.
