Visitor Center Exhibit Assessment
Nestled in the heart of the breathtaking Kickapoo Valley in southwestern Wisconsin, the Kickapoo Valley Reserve is home to a wide variety of natural wonders and is enjoyed by visitors around the world through canoeing, backpacking, camping, hunting, horseback riding, and other outdoor activities.
Bluewater, in partnership with Lord Cultural Resources, was retained to assess the Reserve’s visitor center exhibition, originally installed in 2004. After creating a profile of each exhibit based upon engagement value and physical condition, our team made recommendations for future exhibit renovations – what to keep, what to update, and what to replace. The final assessment report also included budgeting and a schedule for future work.
