Greenhouse of Walled Lake sought a unique way to enhance their brand presence and engage customers in the heart of downtown Walled Lake. They envisioned transforming a retro truck into a mobile advertising platform that aligned with their branding while providing flexibility for both on-the-go and stationary use. Bluewater partnered with Greenhouse to bring this vision to life by integrating a custom LED display into the bed of a vintage truck.
Bluewater designed and installed two 7’ x 4’ LED panels with a 2.6mm pixel pitch, mounted securely in the truck’s bed. Key features of the project included:
- Custom Mounting Structure: Collaborating with the client, Bluewater utilized a structure provided by Greenhouse to ensure the LED panels were securely installed.
- Content Management System: The display is powered by a Novastar processor and a BrightSign content player, housed in a waterproof, shock-absorbing rack in the truck bed to withstand outdoor conditions.
- Client Training: Bluewater provided comprehensive training on the BrightSign system, enabling Greenhouse to independently manage and update the content displayed on the screens.
