“When the WBENC Team went to bid for an A/V Vendor for our 2023 National Conference, our goal was to bring in a WBENC-Certified WBE that not only had vast experience – but one we could create a strong partnership with to build on year after year. We interviewed a handful of wonderful companies, but the Bluewater Team did a phenomenal job of exceeding the task at hand for the RFP process. It was important to us that the partner we brought onto this project had strong attention to detail, could integrate well with other vendors, problem-solve efficiently, and ultimately felt like an extension of our team. From the very beginning, they checked all those boxes and were exactly what we were looking for.” – Laura Swenson, WBENC
Overall, the 2023 WBENC National Conference recent was a resounding success! We are honored to have earned the trust of WBENC as their reliable technology partner for years to come.
“The Bluewater team is an exceptional team who not only are experts at what they do but are also a delight to work with. The Bluewater team has substantial experience in on-stage programming and breakout sessions. Prior to arriving on site, it was clear they had designed a timeline and strategy that met expectations. Plus, they are aces at collaborating and communicating clearly with the other vendors. They are also a team who goes above and beyond, a team who cares about the event as a whole being successful and not just their portion of the event. They are true partners.” – Laura Swenson, WBENC
