Bluewater partnered with Stellantis to design and deliver a high-impact exhibit for Ram Professional at the NTEA Work Truck Week event. The activation supported the unveiling of the new Ram ProMaster City Cargo and Passenger Vans, while creating a dynamic and engaging experience for attendees.

From concept through execution, Bluewater provided end-to-end support to bring the booth environment to life on the show floor.

The Challenge

Work Truck Week is one of the industry’s most important events, bringing together fleet professionals, manufacturers, and decision-makers from across the commercial vehicle market.

Stellantis needed a trade show booth activation that would:

  • Introduce the new Ram ProMaster City models

  • Reinforce Ram Professional’s “Work Ready” brand positioning

  • Capture attention on a busy show floor

  • Create meaningful engagement with potential customers

The booth also needed to support a packed programming schedule, including live speakers, product presentations, and guest appearances every 15 minutes during peak show days.

Highlights

The booth featured multiple high-impact elements designed to capture attention and communicate the Ram Professional story across the show floor.

Large-Scale LED Branding

A 30′ x 50′ four-sided hanging LED banner created powerful brand visibility from across the venue. This overhead structure ensured the Ram Professional presence was visible from multiple aisles and drew attendees toward the space.

LED Product and Information Displays

The booth included seven LED product and detail totems, each standing 10 feet tall. These displays delivered dynamic video content, product messaging, and brand visuals that supported the overall “Work Ready” theme.

Presentation and Content Screen

A 24′ x 7′ double-sided center screen served as the primary stage for live presentations and brand storytelling. The screen displayed scheduled content, product features, and supporting visuals during speaker segments.

Custom Meeting and Hospitality Space

A custom-built trailer installation included two private meeting rooms and a hospitality area. This allowed Stellantis teams to host conversations with partners, fleet customers, and media during the event.

Programming and Live Engagement

The trade show booth activation was designed to support a structured programming schedule throughout the event.

On Wednesday and Thursday, the booth hosted:

  • Live speaker presentations

  • Product discussions

  • Guest appearances

  • Brand storytelling segments

These sessions ran every 15 minutes, creating a continuous stream of activity that encouraged attendees to stop, watch, and engage.

On Friday, the booth transitioned to a standard content loop that continued to showcase Ram Professional messaging and product highlights.
