Each year, the company hosts its Core Tire Summit, a pivotal event that brings together key stakeholders to discuss industry advancements, unveil new initiatives, and reinforce its brand leadership.

Bridgestone needed a partner who could provide end-to-end support—from stage design and content creation to AV production and on-site execution. The challenge was to develop a cohesive, visually striking experience that engaged attendees while ensuring flawless event operations. Given the scale of the summit, the need for precise execution was paramount, as the event involved high-profile presentations, large-scale LED integrations, and dynamic video content.

To bring this ambitious vision to life, Bridgestone turned to Bluewater, a long-time partner with expertise in live event production, creative content, and advanced AV solutions. Bluewater was tasked with delivering a fully immersive experience, combining technical precision, strategic storytelling, and innovative stage design to make the 2025 Core Tire Summit an unforgettable event.

To bring Bridgestone’s vision to life, Bluewater developed a comprehensive plan that covered every aspect of the event, from pre-production to on-site execution. Extensive planning ensured that every creative and technical element was fine-tuned well in advance. The team focused on crafting a cohesive event experience, including theme development, video production, branded signage, and digital content.

A key element of the event’s success was its adaptive AV solutions, featuring a 270-degree LED experience that fully immersed attendees in dynamic visuals. This setup included two massive 66’ x 15’ LED walls as outbounds and a 66’ x 12’ upstage center LED wall, creating a visually striking environment that surrounded the audience with high-impact content. Additionally, LED towers were strategically placed throughout the venue for wayfinding, enhancing navigation and branding. These towers were later reconfigured to form a bold and engaging LED wall for the welcome reception, demonstrating flexibility in design and execution.

Video production was executed with precision, utilizing advanced switching and processing systems to seamlessly manage over 500 cues. Two Spyder X80s powered the show, ensuring smooth transitions between presentations, live content, and pre-produced videos. Multiple cameras captured key moments, and a robust media server system supported the delivery of dynamic content across the LED displays. Branded digital signage, recap videos, and high-energy hype reels were also strategically integrated to enhance storytelling and reinforce key messages.

Audio and lighting were carefully designed to complement the visual experience. A high-performance audio system ensured crystal-clear sound throughout the venue, while dynamic lighting effects added energy and atmosphere to each session. Every detail, from scripted presentations to digital displays, was orchestrated to create an event that was not only visually stunning but also executed with flawless precision.

The Bridgestone Core Tire Summit 2025 was a masterclass in blending cutting-edge technology, strategic content creation, and flawless execution.
