Bring us a lead and when we close the sale, we will pay you a percentage of the gross profit. Depending on the size of the lead you bring in, that could be a sizable payday!

  • To qualify, it must be a lead that we do not already know about or are currently working on.
  • To make an official referral, simply fill out the form below and submit via the website. We will take it from there and you will receive confirmation that we have received the lead. When all is said and done and the deal is sealed, you will get paid!

RULES

  • Refer new business to Bluewater and receive 5% on the gross profit of integration jobs and managed service contracts and 2.5% on the gross profit of live jobs*
  • Plan applies to non-commissioned employees only.
  • Referral must be new business and a lead we are not currently working on
  • Only 1 referral per lead is allowed
  • All bonuses will be paid out from Account Executives percentage of commission
  • Bonus will be paid upon received payment from client
  • This referral applies to the first project only
  • Upon the completion of the first closed project with new client, future bonus opportunities will be agreed upon by referring team member and assigned account executive
  • Must Enter Name of the Person Making the Referral* Date of Referral
  • This form must be filled out completely to qualify as this is the system that will be used for tracking and management.
  • Referring employee must be employed (on payroll) with Bluewater at the time the project closes.

DESCRIPTION

  • Rates determined on margin differential
  • If there are reasons why the referring party needs to be close to the client to help the Account Executive, future bonus opportunities will be agreed upon by referring team member and assigned Account Executive. This program is subject to change
