Bluewater Technologies is proud to welcome a bold new creative voice to the team: Kaitlin Sigelbaum has joined the company as Executive Creative Director, bringing with her a decade of experience in creative leadership and a passion for immersive, award-winning experiences.
Based in New York City and originally from Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley, Kaitlin is no stranger to the world of high-impact storytelling. She spent nearly 10 years at DEVLINHAIR Production, Inc., where she served as Creative Director for live, virtual, and hybrid experiences—leading standout campaigns for Fortune 500 brands. Her work has earned her multiple Summit Creative Awards and recognition from Event Marketer’s Experience Design Awards.
A Vision for Creative Growth
In her new role, Kaitlin will work closely with the Creative Department to help shape the creative vision for experiential and branded content projects across Bluewater’s divisions—from large-scale live events and brand activations to permanent installations and immersive environments.
