We start each program with alignment conversations, where we take into consideration all of the requests for the program. From there we design out an approach to collect the intel needed. Once we have data we get to work making sense of it all. We look for insight in the data, trends, or anything else that might jump out. We provide the data in full to our customers, along with our observations and any immediate recommendations.
